Nasal Surgery

Overview

Nasal surgery is planned to improve nasal breathing, correct structural problems, and create a balanced appearance that suits the face. Op. Dr. Erkan Kulduk evaluates the nasal bones, cartilage, septum, turbinates, skin, and facial proportions together before recommending the most appropriate technique.

Who May Benefit?

It may be considered for nasal obstruction, a deviated septum, nasal valve problems, enlarged turbinates, previous nasal trauma, or aesthetic concerns about the shape and proportions of the nose.

The Treatment Process

The operation is performed in a fully equipped hospital under appropriate anaesthesia. Functional and aesthetic goals are planned together, with conservative techniques used whenever possible to protect breathing and preserve a natural result.

Recovery

Swelling and congestion are expected during the early recovery period. Most patients gradually return to daily activities within one to two weeks, while the final shape and breathing result continue to settle over the following months.

Important Note

Each nose has a different anatomy. The final plan, expected recovery, and need for additional procedures are explained clearly after a detailed examination.
